RETURNS

We operate a 30-day returns policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without a returns request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not France, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
